Meet the Dietitians
Practice Owner & Registered Dietitian
Hi, I’m Kaley.
I’m a Registered Dietitian licensed in the state of Pennsylvania. I specialize in nutrition counseling from a weight-inclusive perspective. I have been working as a dietitian since 2016 and am committed to continuing education and growth as a practitioner to best support those that I work with. My approach is flexible, person-centered, collaborative, compassionate and curious.
I operate from the belief that everyone has a right to bodily autonomy and agency. I believe that you are the expert on you and honor your lived experience throughout our work together. I am here to offer you support and provide information that you might need as you reimagine a new approach towards caring for and relating to yourself.
I utilize non-diet approaches in nutrition counseling to support the exploration of a more peaceful and flexible relationship with food. Using acceptance based approaches to body image, I will support you in living the life you want in the body you were given. I understand that this work can be emotional and challenging. You don’t have to do it alone. I look forward to working with you!
Registered Dietitian & Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor
Hi! I’m Jessica.
I’m a Registered Dietitian and certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. I help people build peaceful, empowered relationships with food and their bodies. My approach is all about making nutrition simple, flexible, and centered around your life—so you can care for your health without guilt, rigidity, or overwhelm. I strive to create a safe, affirming space for all clients, including LGBTQIA+ individuals, people living with disabilities, and folks in larger bodies.
Here are some of the areas I focus on:
Disordered Eating & Binge Eating: Helping people break free from cycles of dieting, bingeing, and food guilt while fostering trust and connection with their bodies.
Gut Health: Supporting clients with IBS, IBD, and other digestive concerns to ease symptoms and develop an eating pattern that supports healing and overall well-being.
Neurodivergence & Chronic Conditions: Traditional nutrition advice often doesn’t fit for those with ADHD, autism, chronic pain, or who are taking medications that affect hunger cues. We’ll create a plan for nourishment that meets your capacity and honors the way your brain and body work.
Women’s Health Across the Lifecycle: Guiding women in nourishing themselves through every stage of life, from prenatal and pregnancy to perimenopause and menopause, including conditions like PCOS and endometriosis.
Parents & Families: Supporting caregivers who want to shape a different, positive tone around food and body for their children—helping families build environments grounded in trust, curiosity, and lifelong health-promoting habits.
No matter your goals, I’ll meet you where you are—with compassion, curiosity, and practical tools to help you nourish yourself in a way that feels balanced, consistent, and satisfying.
