Yes! Reimagine Nutrition Counseling is in-network with Aetna, Cigna, Highmark & UPMC Health Plan. We are not Medicare & Medicaid providers.

Where are you located?
Reimagine Nutrition Counseling is located in Uptown Mt. Lebanon in the South Hills of Pittsburgh.
We share office space with MyLifeCounseling located in Lebanon House office building.
Reimagine Nutrition Counseling works by appointment only, please reach out to request an appointment. We also offer virtual appointments.

Do you work with groups?
We typically work with our clients one-on-one. If you are looking for support for your family or as couples, please reach out to see how we may be able to support you.
If you’re looking for someone to present on nutrition topics to your group or at your workplace, we’d be happy to help! Please reach out so that we can discuss details and see if we can meet your needs.

Do you offer nutrition counseling for weight-loss?
As weight-inclusive providers, we do not offer weight loss counseling or weight loss as a treatment goal. Instead, we focus on realistic & sustainable behavior changes that can improve your health & well being.
Having a desire for weight-loss does not mean that we cannot support you- many of our client’s wish for their bodies to be different. With compassion and curiosity, we can support you in unpacking the stories that you’ve held about your body and the meaning these stories hold. We can support you in building a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food, movement & your body.

What if I need to lose weight for medical reasons?
Often times, health conditions can be well managed and even positively impacted by evidence based nutrition counseling that focuses on adequate and consistent nutrition, varied food choices and a reasonable approach to physical activity regardless of one’s weight/body size.
If you are being denied healthcare or medical procedures because of your weight, please reach out to see how we can best support you.
